The microwave was not working and I called to the front desk on Tuesday evening to let them know and they told me that the maintenance man will check on it the next morning,I went to a family day day event at Fort Jackson Army Base and had been gone partially all day upon arriving back late that evening the microwave still wasn’t working and didn’t work for my whole stay,Also the breakfast was repeated (the same food)every morning and was cold and swimming in water with no taste(sausage, eggs, gravy)all was horrible,Also I wasn’t told that after I arrived to check in that there was a $150 deposit to pay after I done paid for the room a month in advance, very unsatisfied customer
