A lovely hotel set right in the centre but in a quiet street. Very clean rooms, excellent air conditioning and a good breakfast with great cappuccino. Every staff member is fantastic; so friendly and helpful. Already thinking about returning. May be an issue for someone with mobility problems as there is no lift.

The Albergo San Martino was a wonderful intimate hotel. The staff were nice and super helpful. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great with specialty coffees made to order!

Our third stay here, which should tell you everything. The ideal location is a few minutes walk from the heart of Lucca in a quiet little back alley, each room is a little bit of heaven, thoughtfully curated to make them all a cosy home from home with lovely views across the city rooftops. The staff are superb and can't do enough for you and the alfresco breakfast to die for. Looking forward to my next visit.
