From the outside, we were a bit concerned about the condition of the hotel and whether it had air conditioning. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the interior was much nicer than expected and had everything we needed, including air conditioning.
The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The price was also reasonable, and overall, we felt it offered good value for the money.

Our stay at Solo Experience Hotel in Florence was absolutely wonderful. The staff was exceptional—warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and easy to understand. They provided excellent recommendations and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
One of our favorite touches was that all of the snacks and beverages in the room were complimentary, with refills available upon request. It was such a thoughtful amenity.
The accommodations were beautifully updated, impeccably clean, and modern while still feeling comfortable and inviting. The blackout curtains were outstanding, making for a perfect night’s sleep.
The highlight was waking up to a beautiful view of the Basilica right outside our bedroom window—it made our stay feel even more special.
Without a doubt, we will stay here again the next time we’re in Florence. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay. A great location right in the center of everything. The rooms are great, clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful. We had a couple of issues that they helped us with. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Top notch service. I would choose to stay here every time when visiting Florence

Best shower for sure! Real nice staff! Beds was a bit sagged in middle but comfy (might have been memory foam). Location amazing!
