Clean amenities and well maintained property. Excellent location and an awesome bar - Bacaro Jazz Bar - around the corner.
Sometimes staff were not at front desk so we could collect key but they were never too far away.

Such a beautiful boutique hotel! Two minutes from the Rialto bridge. Friendly staff arranged for a private water taxi that picked us up at the airport and dropped us off right at the hotel! Great service!

The property was well maintained and clean. Staff was helpful and gave me restaurant recommendations which turned out good. The hotel has front desk help 24 hours which is quite uncommon in Italy. It is difficult to reach the hotel and you have to take a boat to get there. Also, you have to take a boat to the airport which can be quite costly especially if it's a early morning flight. We had to end up paying 190 Euros to get to the airport. But I guess that's what's expected if you live on the mainland by the water . All in all, a positive experience.
