Fantastic location, right on the Tram stop . Only 5 minutes to old Nice.
Amenities and staff were amazing and pleasant and the room was extremely clean and comfortable.
I have visited Nice many times, and this hotel exceeded my expectations.
I would recommend it.

We stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel was clean and in a great location.
The breakfast was really great and definitely worth it. There was a wide variety of food, and the atmosphere was really nice.
The only downside was our check-in experience. When we arrived, the receptionist asked us to take our own luggage to our room using a luggage trolley because there was no one available to help. We didn’t mind handling our own luggage, but for a hotel of this standard, it felt disappointing and unprofessional.

The hotel is located next to the tram stop next to the exhibition centre. This makes getting in and out of town to the beach area or old town very easy.
Located just outside of the main tourist areas we found it a good location to either take a 20 minute walk into the main town, or take the tram depending on our mood.
The rooftop pool and bar is excellent- and because its not in a main tourist spot was always pretty quiet and relaxed whilst we were there.
Rooms are spacious with AC and large double showers.
3rd time stopping in this hotel whilst visiting Nice and we would choose again.
My only complaint is the price of breakfast at €25 per person- meant we never used it as far too expensive and loads of dining options around. Not unique to this hotel, many now seems to charge very inflated prices
