This is a really lovely hotel. The rooms are luxurious, clean and quiet. The included breakfast is excellent, the rooftop bar and pool are beautiful and relaxing places to spend a couple of hours with a beer and watch the sunset.
All of the staff are incredibly attentive and friendly - service was excellent all around.
The location in the old quarter and close to the lake is fantastic for sight seeing and taking in the bustling atmosphere.
Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at The Oriental Jade Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and many attractions. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the rooftop pool and bar offered amazing views of Hanoi. We couldn't have chosen a better hotel and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a very pleasant stay at the Oriental Jade Hotel. We booked two corner rooms, which were clean and comfortable, although the views from the fifth floor were not particularly impressive.
The highlight of our stay was the excellent service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We truly appreciated the hospitality and felt well taken care of throughout our stay.
The location is fantastic — just steps from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and many of Hanoi’s main attractions, with shopping and plenty of restaurants only a few blocks away.
The breakfast buffet could be improved, particularly with more variety and better-quality cheese and cold cuts to accompany the bread selection. The eggs also need some attention; both days our eggs were overcooked, suggesting the kitchen could benefit from some additional training.
Overall, what stood out most was the wonderful service and friendly staff. The location is hard to beat, and we would happily consider staying here again.
