I had a real problem with the bed, I could believe how low it was and how soft it was.

Breakfast was great every day. Some days it was few choices but still good.
Hallways need to be vacuumed, kids need to be quiet during the proper hours.
Property gives plenty of towels for use in pool and waterpark, attached gym was great and the staff was always a joy to help us!
Overall, I would say it was a great trip just some minor things and it would be a 10/10 experience.

Parking was convenient, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was busy with multiple teams and food was always stocked. Only complaint was the neighbors we had, underage kids up all night, but thats out of the hotels control. We visited blast of bay during our stay, that alone was worth our trip.
