I arrived early for check in hoping to just be able to leave my bag but after a quick check, I was told my room was ready. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, and explained everything I needed to know.
The room was clean, a sufficient size for me and very comfortable - the air conditioning was particularly welcome. The toiletries in the bathroom were pleasant (a nice surprise to have conditioner included) and the tea tray (and biscuits) and the water bottles in the fridge were replenished daily. All in all, I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Lots of interesting shops and restaurants in the area and conveniently close to Tower Bridge…

Very nice large rooms! Rooms were clean with plenty of cool air feom the air con. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was underwhelming for the price you pay, but otherwise not horrible.

Well placed for dining out - not so close to the tube
