Opinie

4 / 10

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The listing has around 94 photos, but they appear to show multiple different apartments, making it impossible to know which unit you'll actually receive. The photos were very misleading compared to the apartment we stayed in. When we arrived, we had to request basic items like garbage bags, hand soap, and even a dustpan. The upstairs bedroom, especially the room by the stairs, became extremely hot, and we had to ask for a fan because it was uncomfortable to sleep there. The bathroom was the biggest letdown. The bathtub looked like it had been heavily painted over to cover damage rather than properly repaired, which made it feel dirty and poorly maintained. The shower head also sprayed water in multiple directions, making it difficult to use. What was most disappointing is that vacations are usually an opportunity to stay somewhere that feels nicer or at least as comfortable as home. Instead, this apartment felt like a downgrade in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition. The location was convenient, but the apartment itself did not match the expectations set by the listing photos. I hope the owners improve the maintenance, provide basic essentials without guests having to ask, and use photos that accurately represent the unit guests will actually be staying in.

I would give ZERO stars for this place if I could. For the price I would expect better customer service and a cleaner room. We checked in late for our one night stay and followed the instructions on the email telling us to check in at the front desk where valet was. They directed us to the front desk inside which was a make shift desk because they are doing renovations (they need to renovate the whole entire building) it was outdated, dirty, unkept, unclean and the guy checking us in was not welcoming at all. We soon got to the room (for 8 people mind you) 2 levels and the top level had no electricity whatsoever & the only place that had all the beds. We tried looking for the electrical circuit box and of course they locked it. Now the only way to communicate with the owner of the place was through WHATSAPP! I had to download the app to even reach them. Called no answer texted and they read it. I told them my concerns and asked if they can send a maintenance man to turn on the electric so we can shower with lights on and they said since it was late they wouldn’t have been able to until the next morning which we were only staying one night. I demanded a refund or a late checkout which in turn of course only offered check out at 12PM, 2 hours after original check out at 10AM. We had 4 other reservations & the other rooms seemed bigger and nicer but still outdated. My friend checked out next day & stayed elsewhere due to the smell of smoke which they mentioned smokefree. BEWARE!

Overall, the stay was okay and suitable for a family. The room and location were fine, but parking was a big issue. The valet parking had a very long wait time whenever we needed the car. Check-in and check-out also took longer than expected, and customer service could be much better. Overall, it was an okay stay, but parking and service need improvement.

The room was not clean at all it took too much time to change the sheets as they were very dirty and stained. There where a bulb broken in the washroom flashing all the time they came to fix it they took 2 hours and they didn't finish. We even couldn't rest well.
