I found it to be an incredibly pleasant stay. The location was amazing, the staff really went above and beyond expectations to help with issues, even those non-hotel related. Professional cleaning, daily restocking of amenities, and a very reasonable rate for its location. It may not be the fanciest hotel around, but, if you want a place that truly feels like Southern Manhattan then you really won't find better vibes in the area. It just had that authentic New York feel to it.
It is located less than a two minute walk from a Subway entrance. Trust me, if its a first time in New York, easy subway access is a massive perk.
