I recently had a wonderful stay at B.Saya Hotel, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The service quality was exceptional; every staff member was attentive and eager to help. Their friendly attitudes and genuine smiles made my experience truly enjoyable.
The breakfast offered at the hotel was another highlight. It was not only delicious but also had a wide variety of options to choose from, ensuring that there was something for everyone. The attention to detail in both service and food really stood out.
Overall, my time at B.Saya Hotel was fantastic. The combination of excellent service, warm staff, and a delightful breakfast makes it a perfect choice for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable stay.

We found the Villas to be clean and well presented but a little bit tired and run down. Due to the low guest capacity the included breakfast is chosen from a limited menu and not a buffet.
The distance into Ubud is walkable which is good as the last shuttle back to the resort is too early to have dinner and utilise it.
The staff did not seem surprised that we checked out after the first night and stayed elsewhere.
For us the pictures don't match the reality at all.
