Friendly staff. Good breakfasts. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. An easy walk to the train station and into the old town. The T1 tram that takes you directly to the race track was a 5 min walk and was arriving every time we walked there. A great stay and we would book again next time we are in Le Mans.
More amenities in the room would be helpful (bar of soap, coffee/tea).

Stayed at this hotel 22 yrs ago and went back on the way home from the South of France to see what it was like.... was not disappointed. A pleasant small independent hotel. SatNAv took us right there without a problem..
