I had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn, and a big part of that was the outstanding front desk staff. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived.
A special thank you to Amy, who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She was friendly, patient, and provided exceptional customer service with a positive attitude that made me feel truly valued as a guest.
It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work, and Amy is a wonderful example of what great hospitality looks like. Thank you to Amy and the entire front desk team for making my stay such a pleasant experience. I would gladly stay here again because of the excellent service!

Breakfast was delicious. Next time though would ask for room on north side for a bit more quiet from traffic noise
