This hotel is located in a great spot and has all the necessary facilities and clean rooms. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options. However, the lunch and dinner buffets can sometimes get cold. Overall, the lunch and dinner buffet was not a great experience, but the staff is generally welcoming, except for a few who lack professional experience.

The hotel exudes a five-star ambiance, boasting a modern design and an excellent location with breathtaking views. It offers a range of amenities, including a gym, spa, and various other facilities. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and the staff is generally friendly and attentive. However, I did notice a few instances of poor professional manners among the staff, particularly in the restaurant and lobby areas. The breakfast and dinner menus offer a diverse selection of foods, but they often come across as cold and unappetizing. The rooftop restaurant, however, is a standout feature, the Menu is written only in French,
