Overall , the hotel was really good. (8/10)
Areas of improvement:
Shower had very little pressure
Roof top pool was in shade all day (freezing cold)
Mini bar only has water and coke

Great hotel and staff. Location was also nice with great views from the roof top bar. If you need and iron though make sure you do not request when you are in a rush; it took 2 hours from the time we requested and we missed the hotel breakfast. Other than that it was a great hotel and nice stay

The hotel needs to improve the room cleaning process, especially in the bathroom. Also, they need to increase the size of the internet link; the internet is very slow at the end of the day when most of the guests staying at the hotel return from their day out in Rio.
In my opinion, breakfast should be served until 11 AM every day. The hotel is located in a very busy area in Rio de Janeiro, where people go to bed late and want to have breakfast a little later than 6 to 10 AM, when breakfast is served.

Great stay at Arena Copacabana. We booked sea view and where upgraded to mini suite. Perfect location on Copacabana Beach. Easy to get around city by UBER. A few nights in Rio and our stay at the Arena Copacabana was a great way to end our trip to Brazil.
