Royal Exhibition Hotel

I was so worried when booking the hotel, but I needed one close to Central Station. The outside looks so old, but I didn't have a choice. However, when I walked into the room, I was shocked by how perfect the renovation is and how clean it is — it looks like a 5-star hotel from the inside. Don't let the whole building scare you; the room is amazing!! The price is so reasonable, but the reception needs to give clearer guidance, like telling people where to check in, that would be better. We will definitely book again if we visit Sydney!

The room was bigger and nicer than I expected. It was right in front of the station exit, which was convenient for sightseeing. I got a little lost because I couldn’t find the check-in entrance. Since it’s located right next to the tram tracks, there was a bit of rumbling, but it was good that earplugs were provided (though I slept soundly even without them). I’d love to stay here again if I get the chance, and I’d definitely recommend it to my friends. Thank you very much!

The bed was very very comfortable and the new bathroom was beautiful and a great shower.
