My stay at Divan Adana was excellent. The room was impeccably clean, modern and the level of service was truly refined. The staff were exceptionally attentive a standard of service you’d expect from a luxury hotel. Reception staff and bellboy Emre were outstanding. A special mention to Mihrap from housekeeping, whose professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional and elevated the entire experience.

This was just a 2 night stay for a business trip and the hotel was perfect for that. Room was huge (I think I was upgraded) and all room facilities were working, bed was very comfortable, great shower and good climate control.
I didn't use the other facilities or the in-house dining, except for 1 breakfast which was more than adequate.
Special thanks to Hazal & Ecem on the front desk who assisted me and went over and above to ensure I had a comfortable stay.
