10 / 10Wyjątkowy·cze 2026
Summary: location, staff, room cost/size/features, restaurant, safe car parking - all excellent, I will stay again!
Note: I use Crewe as my base for annual trips to Oulton Park and this was my first time at Crewe Arms - it will be my first choice for any future visits!

Large room. Good size bath. All very clean. Plenty of hot water. Shower gel etc very economy level. Handy for station.
Buffet breakfast good drink choices.
Really helpful staff went over and above when we lost something in the car park. Note. There is a parking charge (2 nights was £10). Many areas closed for refurbishment.

The staff were great and helpful. All this while they were dealing with having heard just a few hours before that the hotel was closing.

The hotel has been recently done up, everything has been painted fresh white. New bed, new curtains, new carpets and big TV! Also fresh bathroom with very fluffy towels. Ideal for a one night (or two) stay if you are in the area, or, as i was, breaking up the journey. Friendly people on the front desk. Didn't have breakfast.
