Ellia Bettolio was an excellent hotel, with a central location that made getting around effortless. The service truly stood out — Angela and Manulis at the front desk went above and beyond, and Georgia & her co-worker (sorry name slipped my mind) at breakfast brought such warm hospitality to every morning. It’s the kind of attentive, genuine service that makes a stay memorable rather than just convenient. Highly recommend.

Elia Bottelo met all are needs. The staff are an asset, the rooms are clean with very comfy beds and lovely showers. Breakfasts had a lot of choice and staff always had a smile on their faces.
We loved Chania but this hotel made a very memorable stay and we would love to come back.
Thank you too to all reception staff.
