Very friendly staff, the restaurant on the property is pretty good with fair prices, and best of all, you're steps away from every single tourist destination. The room I booked had decent enough beds (Europeans seem to like firmer mattresses) and a very large bathtub that even I as someone that's 182cm tall can comfortably use. The AC worked, as did the heater. No complaints, very lovely hotel.
