US [American Review Standard — 3.5/5]
**Why I picked these ratings:**
- **Cleanliness (2/5):** Housekeeping was inconsistent; some areas were cleaned but others were neglected.
- **Staff & Service (5/5):** Exceptional service! The staff were attentive, proactive, and made my visit memorable.
- **Property Conditions & Facilities (2/5):** Some facilities were outdated or poorly maintained.
- **Area Around the Property (5/5):** Awesome area! Everything I needed was nearby and I felt very comfortable.
**My overall impression:**
*"Annata Beach Hotel impressed me with outstanding staff service and a fantastic location. However, the cleanliness and some facilities could use improvement to meet higher standards. With some upgrades and more consistent housekeeping, this hotel would be even better."*
