I stayed at Sapphire Bayil Hotel with my mum during our recent visit to Baku and we were genuinely impressed by the experience. The hotel combines modern comfort with a warm, professional atmosphere. Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed.
The staff deserve special mention- they were consistently attentive, polite, and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and every interaction felt sincere and welcoming.

We arrived very early morning due to our flight schedule. The two gentlemen at the reception arranged a 1/2 price and allowed us to check in early. The hotel is beautifully decorated, quiet, and comfortable. I would only change the breakfast options as the buffet retained the same menu each morning.
