The staff were all very nice.
Room could have been cleaned and smelled fresh. Blanket has stains.
Breakfast was good. They had a wide variety of food .
Internet was pretty good .
No elevator.
Provided hygiene items.
Provided a few snacks and daily water.

For the price, I honestly don’t have anything meaningful to complain about. What really makes this place stand out is the staff. Super friendly and helpful and not just trying to sell you things. I would stay here again.
Positives to mention:
* The staff. Every single person we interacted with was friendly and helpful. They recommended tours, but also suggested alternatives and never pressured us to book through the hotel.
* They helped us arrange a taxi to Ratchaprapha Dam for our accommodation there even though we didn’t book it through them, and again gave us multiple options instead of pushing one service.
* Excellent value for the price. We extended our stay by one night.
* Cozy rooms, a nice pool, and a complimentary afternoon snack with a drink and pastry.
* The restaurant at the hotel was good too. Slightly more expensive than nearby places, but the food was worth it, and they even made us something that wasn’t on the menu.
If I had to nitpick:
* Breakfast is on the simpler side. There isn’t a huge selection, but everything we had tasted good.
* The AC in one of our rooms was positioned a bit awkwardly, so it could get a little cold.
Overall very priceworthy. I would recommend
