My only concern was with one of the security guards at the hotel entrance. During my 4-day stay, the same guard in a blue short-sleeved uniform never opened my Grab car door. However, I noticed he consistently opened the doors for white guests. I hope all guests are treated with the same courtesy and respect.

We were checked in and accessed our room before the scheduled check in time. Room spacious for a couple. Comfortable bed. Separate toilet with own door. Prompt response to request.
