I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really friendly and you can not beat the location, right across from nijo castle. This place was fantastic

The staff was very helpful especially ordering taxis, very prompt; and also Ryo was very good when ordering drinks at the bar. The location of the hotel is excellent for getting to all the World Heritage sites. The rooms were smaller but very well appointed, with low lighting. The bed was very comfortable. The huge bath tub and the rainfall shower head were extra special.

Great hotel for our stay in Kyoto. Staff was very friendly and happy to help with suggestions on places to see or go. Close walk to transit. Definitely recommend and would stay again.
