Property neat, well organized, everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent. Great biscuits and sausage biscuits. Well arranged tables snd places yo eat. This is our third time staying here about 7 years. Stop here when ever we are needing a night stay on Kansas.

Room was clean. It was like staying in grandma's spare room. Quilt on the bed, worn real leather chair. Very homey. Still using metal keys on classic diamond key chains. I felt like I'd stepped back in time.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when I locked my key in my room.

For a very reasonable price, this was a big and fortunate surprise. Clean room, nice pool, and an outstanding breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
