Bathtub and faucet did not drain properly and was even coming up with old dirty water when it wasn’t being used. Sauna room wasn’t working, which I was looking really forward too. Sauna pool was nice but was only allowed for a certain amount of time.
Besides that overall good stay.

Great hotel. We had an evening meal there and the food was fantastic. Rhodri on reception could not have been more welcoming. Will stay there again.

All good. External bike storage was not sufficient so we were allowed to store bikes in rooms for £50 deposit.

Amazing stay for a comic con. We requested interconnecting rooms and asked about parking and the hotel were very accommodating and put our youngest child at ease. We will defo stay voco again
