Great stay and this lovely property. Beautiful room, great pool, we enjoyed everything immensely. My only minor issue was that when we arrived at breakfast both days, they were out of scrambled eggs at the buffet and didn't replace them. It was a very minor issue. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay.

Breakfast was great. The pool was nice. Only thing is the paying for parking but I guess most hotels in Italy you have pay extra for parking.

Parking is tricky, but we found a free parking lot close by. Check-in was easy and Livia was a gem full of helpful tips and resources. Check out - the front desk guy wasn’t very helpful. We paid the city tax in cash and wanted our change in coins - just a few coins to use in town- very much needed in Italy and he wasn’t willing to provide coins or even break a ten. He offered no assistance. Overall the room, spa and property is nice. No restaurant during off season, but the breakfast provided was excellent.

I come to this hotel since several years. I especially like the poolside in Summer, the bar for aperitif and the attentive staff in bith the bar and at breakfast. Especially nice that the lady at breakfast remembered what coffee I liked.
