Great location, everything as described and such a relaxing atmosphere. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

Very clean hotel in Hatchobori, great location. Onsen area was great with many amenities. Rooms were a touch smal and the bathroom was tiny. If my husband (6 feet) was any taller he would not have fit in the shower. You need to pay attention the first time you visit as we nearly walked by it.

The hotel was very well located, near attractions and public transit. The breakfast was good and had some options for gluten and dairy free people. The onsens were well taken care of they werent always busy but the steam room smelt (a little bit bad) but it was soothing and relaxing. Our only complaint was the room we booked a room for three but there was only two small twin beds and a couch which if our daughter wanted to sleep there we had to pay 3,000¥ for linens and for the room attendant to set it up 🙄😮💨😬
One of had to sleep in the middle of the two beds and it was very uncomfortable 😐

Fantastic stay in Hiroshima, handy location with everything you need in walking distance and also the trams make it easy getting around Hiroshima as well as from the main station if arriving by shinkansen.
Nice, modern, clean rooms, would happily recommend to anyone staying in Hiroshima, it's lovely city with a great feel to it and the hotel reflected that.
