Staff - very nice lady in the day time, very nice, but no one in the morning. WiFi ok.
No shuttle!!! Do not plan on using it. We have had scheduled shuttle for 4:40am - people were waiting - no shuttle. Had to take taxi.

It was good, very strict on timing of check in, despite issues with airport, etc. Breakfast is separate fee, even for glass of juice, but, eh. Good service, email is not very communicative as they don't answer in tome directly. Other than that, very good.
