JR KYUSHU HOTEL Blossom Shinjuku

We had a lovely stay here. The hotel was easy to find and very close to the JR train station and many shops and restaurants. The check in was very easy. The room, while compact, is very well laid out and clean. The AC works great and the amenities are very nice. This hotel also had the most comfortable mattress of all the places we visited this trip. The staff is helpful and Kiran was especially kind and helpful during the checkout process. Overall I would stay here again.

In their class and price range, they are a fantastic property - squeaky clean, professional and helpful staff, quiet and smelling nice throughout the property. Didn't have a whiff of cheapness. Just to add a word of caution for all US travelers, Japanese hotel rooms are literally half the size of US hotel rooms to the point of feeling claustrophobic so keep your expectations low with the room size. And, don't go by the pictures as all hotels take pictures from a corner to make the rooms look bigger than they actually are. If you are a family of four, unless you are on a budget, think of taking two rooms.

The location is excellent, and the hotel room is very clean and comfortable, although a bit small. The bathroom amenities are also of good quality. There are washers and dryers on several floors, as well as water and ice machines on every floor, which is very convenient.
