JGSTAY - Koreatown

Very spacious, clean apartment (#12). Beds comfy. The building was always quite busy so lifts were busy also, but stairs easy to access. Our windows faced a courtyard so it was nice and quiet all night!! Laundry - easy to use however detergent terrible so bring your own. Office hours supposedly 10-6, however they weren’t open the day we arrived nor answering the mobile number provided, so that was very frustrating. Checkout information needs to be updated as it says 11am however the cleaner knocked saying it was 10am - poor communication.

This hotel was a good size for a family five. The location is convenient. It was kind of hard to find at first because it is listed under different names and doesn't have a name on the outside. I would say that it is a good practical hotel nothing fancy. I brought clips to keep the curtains closed. The laundry was strange. You have to pay $10 for a laundry card and then deposit $10 onto it and it has to be a $10 bill to be able to use it. $4 for each wash and dry cycle. Also from our room on the third floor we could hear everything going on outside. The shower door would slide very well, but it was fine. I would stay here again because we had a good amount of space and the kitchen was handy. Bed were pretty comfortable. Pretty sure we had three full beds not queen.

Super cute and cozy room! I got studio #10 which was the perfect size for my group. We got window views which was nice and the amenities worked well too! It does get a bit loud just because it is located in between major tourist locations, but it’s nothing real bad! Totally affordable and a great place to stay at! The towels they provided though smelled a bit funny

Awesome location! Nice AC, NYC was hit but we stayed nice and cool. Would book again !
