Affordable, clean with friendly, helpful staff. Parking was great. Conveniently located by the freeway and the city of Ashland.

This vintage motel has been spruced up and is well-maintained. Even though the rooms are pretty small, they are reasonably well-equipped with good amenities. The building itself is old, but paint is fresh, flooring is in good condition, bathroom is tidy and clean, and the bed is comfortable with plenty of pillows. The only thing I wished for was for the A/C to stay on longer and get colder. It was not bad, but I like to sleep in a refrigerator. For a budget room, this was a very good choice!
