The hotel was nice and the staff was great. The location not so much. Busy port with cranes and ferries. And off in the distance an oil refinery. Not what I expected.

Our arrival and check in was smooth. All thanks to the lovely lady behind the counter. Efficient, comfortable and quick. She is truly an excellent receptionist and the hotel is lucky to have her. I wish I had asked her name...
