Clean room, friendly staff. Good for a one night stay. Opposite supermarket and free parking. We aware there is no lift.

Well priced and well located on the outskirts ready for a quick exit to the south and south west. It is handily placed next to the tram stop for an evening in Le Mans old town which is worth visiting. Breakfast was nice. We had a good nice sleep. The beds were comfortable and the Hotel very quiet
