The distance from the city center and airport is good, the check in is available until late.
Dislikes my room didn’t have towels and toilet paper but that is basic, I went downstairs and they give me fresh ones

Clean room and common areas. The hotel is in a great location, you have a metro station near by (2 minutes walk) and bus lines. Many restaurants around the hotel, the beautiful parqués Eduardo VII is nearby, luxury shopping options (if you're into that). Great location!
