Amazing Hotel which extremely well maintained and room are cozy and large. Helpful and friendly staff, great breakfasts and free parking. Location is the best - 25 min of driving from downtown Chicago. Many places to eat and safe neighborhood. A +++

Rich, manning the front desk, was very welcoming! The other staff was very helpful with getting us to Navy Pier.
Thanks for a great visit to Chicago!

Location was good! The staff's willingness was good as well, especially Daia, whose positive attitude was great during a stressful moment at breakfast.
Was disappointed by the few GF options on the breakfast menu, and how rigid the one entree and one drink for breakfast in particular is, since orange juice and coffee are not that expensive and give the guest a bad impression, charging just for the juice
The housekeeping policy, as it stands, is good, but the execution is not. They missed our request even tho we told them twice (just in case): once in the evening and again in the morning when we left for our business meeting.
The rest was great!!!!
