The property was central, no need to take the car everywhere. Everything was excellent.

Nice big room, very clean, everything worked well. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was great. Could walk thru the gate to the pub restaurant. ( food was great one night, four of us, absolutely terrible the next night one out) To me, cardinal sin in a guest room, no bedside light, or over bed light. Couldn’t read etc. Only light control was at the door. Two guest chairs present, one had a broken leg and couldn’t be used. ( I left a note, hope it was read). Small couch was threadbare and ancient. But because of the locality of the hotel part, I would probably stay there again.

The room was large, clean with comfortable beds. The bath room had been renovated but still retaining the old style of the property. The commercial hotel at the back provided food and music entertainment. We did not hear any noise in our room even though it was a long weekend and the pub closed at 3am. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
