The room was spacious and clean, a bit dated but the convenience of location makes up for it. Fair warning, there is no lift here but the staff were happy to assist us with our bags. Main thing is the convenient location, down a quiet alleyway but just a walk away from everything.

A friendly family that took good care of me. They helped me arrange everything during my stay, and the breakfast was excellent. The room and bed were very spacious and had a nice balcony. Very convenient location and short walk to the Old Town area.

There are many home stays scattered throughout Hoi An. I’m sure they are all good. We really liked ours at Tam Hong Phuc. Big room with 2 queen beds. Great AC. Large bathroom with a walk in shower. Modern. Great location just on the outskirts of old town but very close. Quiet alley off the Main Street. Madame Kahane’s Bánh mi shop was right around the corner along with several other good restaurants and coffee places. Best banh mi in Vietnam, they say.
The owner and his wife are extremely nice and hospitable. They got us rental bikes in 10 minutes on 2 occasions. We enjoyed talking with them. They were always available and around for us.
