Room was very clean and spacy. Station, shops and market, they were all walking distance. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean but the entire place has seen better days. Half the building was closed so it was dark at night and feels spooky.

Great location; within ca 10-15 minute walking distance to the Hsinchu train station. Lots of great dining options. Very friendly and competent staff.
