We arrived kate for check in due to a flight delay and the gentleman was very helpful as it was very late and we had to leave early morning so he made sure to have a taxi ready for us.
The only thinknInwould recommend are a few basic amenity uogrades.

Stayed for one night excellent service, definitely stay there again, excellent value for money and just so clean.

Came here for the vegetarian festival and could not have picked a better hotel. On my first day I had a balcony view of the processions. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and the room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. They brought water and coffee daily. The room had a mural of old town Phuket that was charming. Located in walking distance of all the sites in old town.Even though I ended up sick most of the trip, I felt relaxed and comfortable here
