We had an amazing stay. Location was perfect. Breakfast very nice, staff very attentive and polite. Great food in restaurant. So many options. Spa very nice as well. Very impressed by room - modern design but with the local character.
Overall I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We would absolutely stay here again! The rooms are huge and beautiful, we selected one with a mountain view. The breakfast feels very 5*, and the breakfast service is very attentive and there is a really interesting menu and generous portions.
The location is perfect for exploring Zakopane town and the mountains, a special thank you to the staff who were so helpful with advising us about local buses when we were concerned we might get stranded in the mountains on a Sunday afternoon!
