The property has character. Room was not very big but comfortable. Staff really took interest in what we did during the day and came up with suggestions. Friendly. Breakfast good.

Gorgeous boutique hotel! Our superior king room was huge w all amenities, even its own pool! Would have been lovely for the pool to be heated slightly to make it usable but lovely to have a private courtyard. Staff were excellent & breakfasts delicious. Highly recommend.

Everything was lovely - couldn’t fault amenities
Excellent breakfast
On previous stays all drinks were included but this time we were told there was an ‘ honesty bar ‘
On returning home I noticed that the hotel fact sheet stated all beverages included - very disappointing

Really lovely stay at the Last Word in Franschhoek. Staff very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was relaxed and of very high quality.
Great location for walking into town.
We loved our creme-brulee and hot chocolate at bedtime.
Thank you.
