Great location! Just a short walk from Ueno Station and the Ginza line was literally right next to the hotel. Less than 50 feet. The room was a bit small, but we expected that going in. It was perfectly serviceable. The onsite laundry was great. I would definitely stay here again.

The best thing about Mitsui Gardens is its location- steps from Ueno Station, a short walk to Ueno Park with museums, flea markets, performances, people watching, etc. and located in a vibrant neighborhood of shopping and restaurants. Our room was small, and the breakfast was ok. The staff was helpful.

This is in Ueno it’s a very centralized location. It may not exactly be in Tokyo proper. Or other hotspots such as. Shinjuku shibuya however it is in a train hub and very accessible almost every part of the city.
In addition, this is the easiest access point from Narita airport
Ueno community has a lot to offer and it’s drastically in criminally overlooked by travelers
The hotel itself, I would say as a convenient location claim well-maintained
