The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from our room was amazing. The food was delicious. Everything is within walking distance including the beach and trains if you want to go to Rome or Napoli.

Unique property. Very few guests there. Garbage and an old boat under our patio.
People were friendly. Not close to the airport.
