8 / 10Doskonały·cze 2026
When we requested towels and that our room is cleaned, it was somehow forgotten. While it can happen, spending an entire week on the same sweaty sheets (menopause is real) was less than best. The staff was friendly and the food edible. Nothing was top notch yet it was enough. One plus point worth five stars: We were able to leave our luggage on the premises after checkout (since still had a conference to attend).

The room has a issue when we checked in. When we raise the issue the night staff, Christan. he helped us check the new room to ensure that there was no issue before moving ua to the new room. Wanted to thank him for being so helpful and friendly for the duration of our stay
