Great condos, pool is huge and fun for the kids. The resort does not have a direct beach access (need to walk to the Sheraton- 5mins). The on-site restaurant is ok for breakfast and lunch. Overall nice place.

All good, good service. I would love another restaurant option inside the resort, since this area of the island doesn’t offer too much options. They only have one restaurant by the pool, would be very nice to have another option and maybe the closing time be a little bit more late. Everything in the island closes at 9pm, I would love that the resort your staying offer you the option to have food available until 10pm for example.
Other than that the resort is beautiful!

We had a ground level room the was very convenient for walking to the pool and the general area. Was very surprised and pleased to have a washer and dryer in the room because this was the last place we were staying on the trip and was nice to have a refresh! The pool was like a water park, I have never seen anything like that at a resort!

We are so grateful that we decided to stay at this resort. Koloa Landing is absolutely stunning. We booked a three bedroom unit and it was perfect for our family.
