Ikio Concept Santorini is ideally located at the foot of Pyrgos, making it perfect for exploring the village on foot. It’s very convenient to wander through the charming narrow alleys, where you’ll discover hidden shops and traditional tavernas—such a unique and enjoyable experience. The property is also close to a convenient parking area, which is a big plus. Its central location on the island makes it a great strategic base for exploring Santorini, all at a very good price.

Penny and Yannis and the staff were very sweet and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful and clean. I love the antique furniture and the beautiful marble floors and the beautiful redone bathroom.. Very clean and comfortable with air conditioning. And right in Pyrgos Village where you can walk around and everything is close.. lots of restaurants They also own the Elessa Hotel close by which is stunning!!! They allow guests of the Ikio Concept to use the facilities at Elessa and it has a stunning infinity pool overlooking Santorini. Of course I took advantage of that. Loved it, and I would go back in a heartbeat.

Ikio is a boutique style hotel with very good dining options. Host is very flexible

Amazing people! Penny and her husband are both such amazing and kind human beings. The hotel is a epiphany of peacefulness. Personable! The courtyard restaurant and breakfast is beautiful. We sat there and night in the beautiful taverna after our excursions. The breakfast is aestheticallly pleasing and delicious. Highly recommended!
