You have to try to spend the night here; with a competitive price (I got around 300k), great location (walking distance to semawis night market fri-sun) and great services provided.
Although I didn't get my non-smoking room, but it was still ok.
Ask for room facing pool, you'll get a balcony facing the pool.
The room was spacious (good price for value!)
