Roof top was close so that was disappointing. On the day of check in there was only one staff working the desk. Long line in the lobby area waiting to be checked in.
Customer service could be better
The breakfast was great and breakfast room staff were awesome. They provide luggage storage and late check out if you are a bonvoy member.
Overall I would recommend this hotel.
